This year's Arkansas Human Resource Convention & Expo will be held at the Fort Smith Convention Center, located in the heart of historic downtown Fort Smith, Arkansas - "Where the new South meets the old West."
The Convention Center is within walking distance from the National Cemetery, National Historic Site and adjacent Fort Smith Museum and a short distance from River Front Park, antique shops and a variety of excellent downtown restaurants, or just for fun, why not relive days gone by with a short trolley ride.

Booth Assignments:
Booths will be assigned as registrations and payments are received. Care will be taken to avoid locating exhibitors next to competitors booths with like wares.
Staffing Your Booth:
Each booth should be staffed with at least one company representative during all Exhibit Hall hours. Please keep in mind that premature tear down of exhibit booths distracts from the overall merit of the Conference and could potentially be a safety hazard.
Theme Contest:
There will be a contest for the best booth design that incorporates the conference “HR Speedway” race theme. Decorate your booth to encourage attendees to stop and visit. The booth voted as having the best race theme display will win $100!
Door Prizes:
Participate in the Great Race Game! Exhibitors must bring door prizes valued at $50 or more and commit them to the race. Throughout the exhibit hall hours, attendees will visit the Great Race participant booths to get tire tracks and register for an opportunity to race other attendees for door prizes at the race track in the center of the exhibit hall. Exhibitors who contribute the highest value door prizes will be featured in the season finale at the final session of the exhibit hall.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be in writing.
- Cancellations are subject to a $50 Administrative Fee if received prior to 02/01/2010.
- Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received between 02/02/2010 – 03/16/2010.
- Cancellations received after 03/16/2010 are non-refundable.
