Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellations will be assessed a $25 administrative fee if received prior to February 28, 2010.
- Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from February 28 - March 18, 2010.
- Cancellations received after March 18, 2010 are non-refundable.
- Substitutes are allowed.
