Ethan Lightfoot
As a qualified and authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer, in both Construction and General Industry, with a background as an administrative law judge, Ethan brings an in-depth perception of safety law and its application.
Ethan is a native of Oklahoma and a highly-decorated, retired marine. While in the Foreign Service with the U.S. Marine Corps, Ethan graduated summa cum laude from the University of London with a masters degree in industrial engineering. For over three decades, he has served the government and private industry as consultant, troubleshooter, project manager, trainer, and professional motivational speaker.
His work history includes years of service as a U.S. Marshal, and later as an administrative law judge for the Department of Labor. His considerable skills and expertise were gained through direct responsibility in: management and administration; recruiting and staffing; employee relations; labor relations; training and development; compensation and benefits; and safety, quality and environmental concerns.
