Speech Title: The Accidental Trainer: Training Tips for Occasional Trainers.

This session is for those who would benefit from taking a "pit stop" break to explore the theories and applications of proven (and emerging) training methodologies, strategies, and measurements. This session focuses on identifying what you need as a learner, what your learners need, and how you can measure success in ways that will be meaningful to your learners and your organizations.
